You do NOT need to install anything to access your e-mail via Outlook Web Access. You also do NOT have to use the Citrix Portals just to view your e-mails – please simply follow these instructions:
Please note that we have upgraded and improved the systems over the previous half term break, and any user still experiencing issues should follow the instructions below, under the “Problems Accessing The Portal” heading.
FIRST TIME USER:

Mac users: MacICA_OSX.dmg (this is currently undergoing testing - Feb 09 – we would welcome any feedback)
