News from 2004/05

The past year has been a quiet year for Swimming at Hampton . With the LEH pool unavailable to the swimming club, the Tuesday lunch time sessions that have been running for over 15 years ceased

Nevertheless the First and Second Years competed in an enjoyable Gala organised by St John’s Beaumont involving eight schools.

Pride of place went to the Second Year team of William Stocker, Angus MacDonald, Miles Horn and Nick Welsh who finished a creditable fourth.

In the end of term Swimming Gala at Hampton Open Air Pool for the inter-form competition with 1B winning the First Year competition, while 2H proved victorious in the Second Year competition.
