Hampton in the Community

At secondary level the Hampton Executive Partnership was set up in 2006 to link Hampton School and the Lady Eleanor Holles School with five local maintained secondary schools.

Revision Courses
We host GCSE revision courses for pupils at the A*/A and C/D boundaries during the Easter holidays and May Half Term for some 160 maintained school students. All courses are free to the pupils and part-funded by the DCSF as part of the London Schools Challenge scheme, led by Sir John Rowling.

Gifted and Talented Days
The partnership schools run a range of days for Gifted and Talented students from different year groups ( Years 1-5 ) in a variety of subjects. For example Hampton School runs annually a very successful Science Day for Year 9 pupils >> more...
Orleans Park School recently ran a day for Gifted and Talented ICT First Year students >>more

Peer Mentoring
In a direct link between Hampton School and the maintained co-educational secondary school in nearby Teddington, Sixth Formers from Hampton and LEH mentor GCSE students at the C/D grade boundary: our students support them for six weeks as they work to achieve the C grades valued by HE and employers alike.
