William Pepperell will join some of the best young singers in Great Britain.
15 year old William has been offered a place in the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, as a tenor in the Training Choir.
The National Youth Training Choirs achieve increasingly high standards of musicianship and excellence in performance and many young singers progress into the National Youth Choir.
As a member of the NYCGB William will now take part in a programme of residential courses and concerts that include intensive rehearsals, individual voice coaching and lessons in musicianship. Course staff members are experts in the field of choral training and specific vocal workshops are provided by guest specialists.

William says he is thrilled to have been selected:
“It feels great to be representing Hampton School in the National Youth Choir. I hope to continue with my singing career for many years to come.”
Mr Peter Dennis, Hampton School’s singing teacher, said:
“I am very proud of William. He is an exemplary student and I hope that he will continue with his singing long after Hampton. He has the potential to do very well.”
